Pricing guide for West Island Réno
Our renovation services cover everything from drywall, framing and structural work to flooring and decking. The pricing below is a high level guidance to help you with budgetary planning. But all projects are different, so to get a more accurate idea, contact us to book an estimate.
Drywall supply & installation
$3 per sq foot
Pricing is based on standard 1/2 inch drywall, installation on prepared framing / surface. Price also includes, tapeing and mudding of joints and screw holes.
Hardwood Floor Installation
$7 per sq foot
Pricing is based on prepared floor ready to install on and doesn't include the supply of hardwood floor.
Laminate Floor Installation
$5.50 per sq foot
Pricing is based on prepared floor ready to install on and doesn't include the supply of flooring material.
Baseboards and trim Installation
$7 per linear foot
Pricing is for labour cost to install and finish joints, plaster and sand ready for paint.
Painting Walls / Ceilings
$3 per sq foot
Pricing includes light preparation of surface (minor blemishes, nail and screw holes etc). price is based on 2 coats of 1 colour.
Painting Walls, Ceilings, baseboards and frames
$3.50 per sq foot
Pricing includes light preparation of surface (minor blemishes, nail and screw holes etc). price is based on 2 coats of 1 colour on walls, 2 coats on trim in alternative colour and finish (trim price is based on linear foot not sq)
